Pedigree Wholesale are one of the UK’s largest wholesale companies for the pet industry. They represent a wide range of international and UK based canine, feline and small animal brands including Hurtta, Tropiclean, Ancol and Beco. They supply pet shops across the UK with products from both domestic and international pet brands.

I’ve worked with Pedigree Wholesale to expand their content archives for the brands they represent. This includes projects for All for Paws, Petello and GiGwi. As the many of these businesses were founded overseas, the images I create for Pedigree Wholesale help contextualise these products within the UK pet market. Whether that’s using UK dog influencers as models, or choosing locations that are more recognisable and relatable to pet owners in the UK.

I’ve worked with a wide range of models, from puppies to senior dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes. I’ve also worked on a variety of cat product projects for Pedigree Wholesale. It’s been important to include a range of sizes in these projects, to accurately show the products in relation to a wider variety of breeds. I also make sure the models hold certain attributes the brands embody. For example using breeds notorious for their strength to promote GiGwi’s tough range of toys. I also do my best to match products with models that will genuinely use them where I can, which works well for additional promotions on their own/owner’s social media accounts.

The images and videos I created have been used in Pedigree Wholesale’s social media posts, website banners, catalogues, leaflets and other print materials.

I started working with Hattie for a brand new range of products Pedigree Wholesale were launching. We have since worked together on numerous projects, as her photographs are just exactly what we’re looking for.

Hattie is very professional, keeps me informed about the progress of shoots, and always delivers her images on time. If there are any issues, such as with the weather for outdoor shoots, she always keeps me updated.
